New Jersey Division Donation Form

Attached you will find the donation form that should be used when soliciting for donations.  Included on this form is our Tax Identification #.
 

All donations should be mailed to:

LEU - NJ Division
3121-D Fire Road,  #306
Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234

Our address is also on the form.  Once donations are received, they will be tracked on a spreadsheet that will be posted on Member Planet and distributed periodically to all NJ Members via email.

There have been a handful of donations that have been received through MemberPlanet and in the mail.  I anticipate sending out the first spreadsheet showing all donations to date sometime this next week.
